want to buy a terrace house.
the value of the house is 180k..
if i want to do 100% loan, how much will be my legal fees+loan agreement? can i add it into my loan so that i’ll no need to pay, just put it into my loan?
and about budget 2011, the 1st buyer will get 100% loan, when it will start? plus the 50% of stamp duty also…
Then if my annual income just 20K plus, will my application to bank to pay the amount of 180K loan?

Hi,
I would like to buy 2nd property, as currently I have loading on my 1st property with combine husband and wife loan.
It’s possible or not? For me to make 2nd housing loan under my name only but I’m using husband and wife eligibility amount for monthly commitment.
Let say, my first property monthly commitment RM1K and second property RM2K with our household income per month of RM8K. I would to know any possibility to make second loan under my name only plus the total housing loan amount around 55% only.
