    hello, I plan to buy my 1st house this year (second hand house). Amt RM183K. Loan amt RM160K. How much is my mthly installment + MRTA ? Can I reduce the MRTA amt ? How abt the lawyer’s fee ? Any reduction of 50% ? How to get the BLR-2.4%? Which bank ?

    Since it is a 2nd hand house, what should I kept in mind to prevent being cheated in paying unnecessary monies?

    Im on the progress to buy house from 2nd party. so, i need to pay 10% to the seller through lawyer on agreement day.
    Is it posibble that i can pay the seller with cheque??
