Dear Sir/Madam,
I would likes to planning to buy a house from my mother. Below is the problem my concern:
1.)Housing price is RM60k, if i want to apply housing loan over RM60k, such as RM65k. Is it possible to do that?
2.)What is the interest rate?
3.)How many loan approve is it based on market value?(even my Sales & Purchase Agreement already stated the housing price RM60k)
