few clarification:-
1. Loan approval base on Basic Income or Total income per head
(ie: Basic : RM1200 incentive: RM1500). can get 100% loan?
2. Nowdays which bank offering good package? (-BLR where i can get list of bank that offering -BLR)
3. im 1st time buyer. in future i mean 2011, BLR rate will increase or decrease?
