Document Required For Malaysian Under Refinancing

For Under Employment:

(Meaning working with company or receive a fixed monthly income)

 

1. NRIC copy

2. Sales and Purchase Agreement / Title copy

3. Latest 3 months pay slips (For Basic Salary) / Latest 6 months pay slips (For Basic + Commission Earner)

4. Latest 3 months personal bank statement (For Basic Salary) / Latest 6 months pay slips (For Basic + Commission Earner)-(To show salary credited as per pay slip)

5. Latest EA form / Employment Letter

6. Latest KWSP statement

7. Income Tax-Latest Form B / BE with payment receipt acknowledgement

8. Name Card

9. Diploma / Degree Certificate (For longer repayment period)

10. Deposit Statement e.g. Fixed Deposit, ASB or Bonds (To show saving habit)

11. Latest 6 months Housing Loan Statement. (If the property still charged to bank)

12. Letter Offer from previous bank. (If the property still charged to bank)

13. Utility Bills (e.g. electricity bill, water bill, Indah Water bill etc…)

 

For Self-Employed:

(Meaning running own business)

 

Compulsory Documents:

 

1. NRIC copy

2. Sales and Purchase Agreement / Title copy

3. Name Card

4. Diploma / Degree Certificate (For longer repayment period)

5. Latest 6 months Housing Loan Statement. (If the property still charged to bank)

6. Letter Offer from previous bank. (If the property still charged to bank)

7. Deposit Statement e.g. Fixed Deposit, ASB or Bonds (To show saving habit)

8. Utility Bills (e.g. electricity bill, water bill, Indah Water bill etc…)

10. Latest Profit and Loss Account

11. Memorandum of Article

12. Company Profile

13. Latest 6 months company bank’s statement

14. Latest 3 months pay slips (As a Director)

15. Latest 3 months personal bank statement (to tally with pay slips)

16. Latest EA form / Employment Letter (if any)

17. Latest KWSP statement (if any)

18. Income Tax-Latest Form B / BE with payment receipt acknowledgement

Sole Proprietor and Partnership

Note :We hope you don’t mind to prepare more documents. Because, different banks will need different documents sometimes, to avoid bankers keep calling you for extra documents, we hope you can prepare as much as possible.
