How To Get Your CCRIS Report?

We can’t emphasis enough how important it is to maintain a healthy financial background and to make sure your CCRIS Report is update regularly and promptly too.

It is so important that its actually stand 50% of the approval evaluation process. And if you have bad CCRIS Report, the bank will not review further on your application. And nowadays, by reasoning with the bank will not help too.

So, here are steps How To Get Your CCRIS Report.

1) If you are from the Klang Valley , you may obtain the credit report from the Customer Service Centre, Laman Informasi Nasihat dan Khidmat BNM (LINK) of Bank Negara Malaysia , Head Office at the following address:

Operation : Daily from Monday to Friday, except for Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays.
Time: 9.00 am – 5.00 pm (including lunch time )

Documents To Bring:
1. MyKad
2. * Other supporting documents that can verify your identity such as your driving licence or passport.
* Only when necessary

The credit report will be given to you during the visit.

2)If you are from Pulau Pinang, Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching and Kuala Terengganu, you may obtain the credit report from Bank Negara Malaysia Regional Offices and branch.

Time: 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. (closed during lunch time from 1.00 p.m. – 2.00 p.m. except Friday from 12.30 p.m. – 2.30 p.m.) except for public holidays.

However, Bank Negara Malaysia Kuala Terengganu branch operates daily from Sunday to Thursday, 9.00 am – 5.00 pm (closed during lunch time from 1.00pm – 2.00pm) except for public holidays.

Documents To Bring:
1. MyKad
2. * Other supporting documents that can verify your identity such as your driving licence or passport.
* Only when necessary

The credit report will be given to you during the visit.

3) If you are from outside of Klang Valley or our branches, you may apply for the credit report by completing and sending us the following:

a) Credit Report Request Form (CRR);
b) Loan Declaration Form;
c) A clear photocopy of your MyKad (both sides); and
d) Any combination of two other documents (with your name and address stated clearly on each copy) from the following:
1.Water bill;
2.Electricity bill; or
3.Telephone bill.

However, if the above documents are not available, you may provide alternative documents such as:
Bank account statement;
Credit card statement; or
EPF statement.

You will receive your CCRIS report within 14 working days.
